With 18 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in the marketing, leasing and sales of office properties, including land and investments for owners, user-buyers, investors and tenants.
- Marketed over 1,109,000 square feet of commercial buildings.
- Finalized 386 lease transactions valued at more that $49,120,000.
- Sold buildings in excess of 246,700 square feet of commercial buildings for $24,840,000.
- Closed nearly $5,000,000 of commercial land.
EXPERIENCE
Fall of 1988: began real estate career as a commercial agent in the Greater Ontario Airport Area of the Inland Empire and Eastern San Gabriel Valley along the I-10 corridor gaining experience in office, retail and industrial product types. In 1993, moved to the Temecula Valley and has since then focused efforts towards its commercial growth specializing in office properties and transactions.
